NYSACDL FOUNDATION

On May 26, 2011, the long-awaited NYSACDL Foundation, Inc. became a reality.  The mission and purposes of the Foundation are to provide and to support charitable and educational programs and projects which advance the goals of justice by developing or improving the knowledge and skills of lawyers, students, and members of the public interested in the goals of criminal defense and in preserving and protecting the rights guaranteed under the Constitution and laws of the United States and the State of New York.
