NYSACDL supports this legislation which would expand the sources for jury venire and include more minority members. Legislative Memo May 13, 2009

S8614: Supervised Release Imposed Administratively by DOCS

NYSACDL opposes as unconstitutional this legislation to allow for post- release supervision to be imposed administratively through Department of Corrections with out judicial oversight. Legislative Memo June 20, 2008
