The NYSACDL Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation whose objects and purposes are to provide and support charitable and educational programs and projects which advance the goals of justice by improving the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of attorneys, students, and members of the public interested in criminal defense. The Foundation also has as its purposes the promotion and protection of the rights guaranteed to all under the Constitution.
