In an effort to serve you better, NYSACDL makes Program Materials available prior to seminars for those who register and pay in advance. Many of our speakers provide extensive materials including transcripts, motions, briefs, practice tips and articles all of which are available online.  These materials will be available approximately one week prior to the program. You will receive an email with the link to the website and the Password to access these materials.

 

Simply log in with the Password and download the materials. You will then be able to peruse the materials prior to the course and bring with you your laptop or print out those sections which you need.
