This year, NYSACDL will present the Hon. William Brennan Award for Outstanding Jurist to Hon. Jonathan Lippman, Chief Judge, New York Court of Appeals and the Hon. Thurgood S. Marshall Award for Outstanding Criminal Practitioner to David Ruhnke. Judge Barry Kamins will resent the award to Judge Lippman; Jean Barrett will present the award to David Ruhnke.
